We require a deposit prior to starting the build. This amount will differ for different size builds. Further instalments are payable at different stages during the build.
The maximum we can build is 12m x 3.1m and 4.3m high from the ground. However size isn’t always the deciding factor as weight is also a consideration. Bigger is not always better!
Yes, we can discuss your needs and build you a fully off grid house.
We use a variety of quality, lightweight building materials, and preference local NZ made products where they are available.
