This could be a DIY option and would suit those who are handy on the tools. This provides a structurally built and fully watertight home ready for you to create your own interior. Within this option we are able to finish to any stage of completion you feel comfortable carrying on from.

TURN KEY

Choose from our range of tiny houses built from our plans ready to move into at a set price. This option gives you peace of mind as regards costs so you can stay within your budget. We are always happy to discuss optional extras with you.

CUSTOM BUILD

For those of you who want to be fully involved in the planning and design of your tiny home. We will work with you to build a tiny house that reflects your lifestyle, budget and requirements . You can choose the cladding and layout, pick your own kitchen and appliances, design your own bathroom and decide if you want solar panels/ off grid options. A Bespoke home you can be proud of.

BITE SIZED BUILDINGS

Our bite sized building option is perfect for those who are not wanting kitchen facilities. These buildings are great for sleepouts, studios and garden offices for those who want a quiet, relaxing place to work from home. These spaces can also be built to be an extension of your Tiny House.

We are able to build these up to 30m² and can include a bathroom without the need for a trailer.
